задание сделать ввод в форму блока

привет, у меня есть задание сделать ввод в форму блока сообшения, и на другой странице дать статистику сколько раз каждое слово упоминается
мне это нужно до 27.06 вопрос ты свободен? и сколько стоит твоя помошь ?

General Welcome! We’re developing an awesome posts management system and are happy to see you help out.

Your task is to add a feature to the product, as described below.

Feature description Our customers asked to get analytics on the posts in the database, to better understand the posts content.
1. Allow the user to add tags when creating a new post. In the “Add new post” page, add a textbox where the user can optionally enter a comma separated list of tags. The user can enter any string as a tag. In the following example the post will have 3 tags (dogs, animals, help):

 

2. Add a page to the menu called “Analytics”. The page will show for each tag, the top 10 words that appear most in the text of the posts of that tag.

Following is an example mockup:

Guidelines when parsing the posts text: 1. Example text: “Good morning, how are you today? I’m fine this morning.”

Will be counted as: Good - 1 Morning - 2 How - 1 Are - 1 You - 1 Today - 1 I’m - 1 Fine - 1 This - 1

2. Case insensitive - the words “hello” and “Hello” (for example) will be considered the same one.

Всем привет. Я хочу выразить благодарность varz62 за высокий уровень в программировании и что не мало важно за хорошие человеческие качества. Расскажу вкратце свою историю... мне нужно было сделать срочно работу по ларавелю  я связался с varz62 и мы все обсудили. Но в процессе у меня возникли технические сложности с оплатой. Несмотря на это varz62 довел свою часть работы до конца чем очень помог мне. Деньги я ему перевел на следующий день. Всем советую работать с varz62. У него на высоте знания программирования и человеческие качества на него можно положится！
